EDIRNE - Gendarmerie teams captured eight foreigners who were trying to flee abroad in northwestern province of Edirne.
Sources said on Wednesday that Gendarmerie teams patrolling around the border area, captured three people of Iraqi and Afghan origin in Kapikule town of Edirne.
Meanwhile, security officials stopped a car in Kesan town and captured 5 Moroccans who were trying to flee to Bulgaria, and they detained the Turkish driver of the car.
Officials said those foreigners would be deported, and driver would be sent to court.
