CONSTANTA - The second day sessions of the Sixth Summit Meeting among presidents of Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria started on Wednesday.
Two sessions will be held today.
The first session started with the participation of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, President Ion Iliescu of Romania and President Georgi Purvanov of Bulgaria.
A delegation including Ministry of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal, Turkish Ambassador to Romania Omer Zeytinoglu and Turkish Ambassador to Bulgaria Haydar Berk, is accompanying President Sezer.
During the sessions, cooperation of the three countries in joint regional initiatives like the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, efforts to strengthen economic and commercial partnership, and energy and transportation corridors will be taken up at today's sessions.
The sessions will be closed to the press.
Following the sessions, President Sezer, President Iliescu and President Purvanov will hold a joint press conference.
President Sezer is expected to return to Turkey later in the day.
