New Turkey Desk Chief To Deal With Completion Of Fifth Review

ANKARA - Riza Moghadan, the new International Monetary Fund (IMF) Turkey Desk Chief, will deal with the completion of the fifth review.
Sources said on Monday that Moghadan, who was appointed to the office after term in office of Juha Kahkonen ended, started to work within the framework of the fifth review.
Moghadan, who served as the adviser of IMF First Deputy Managing Director Anne Krueger, will explain economic developments in Turkey and his evaluations about the fifth review to the IMF management.
IMF Executive Board is expected to release a tranche of loan worth of 500 million U.S. dollars after the approval of the fifth review.
