ANKARA - Treasury Undersecretariat will hold two auctions on Tuesday to sell 154-day bonds and two-year debenture bonds denominated in U.S. dollar with a coupon payment of once in six months.
The 154-day bonds will be issued on June 4, 2003 and their maturity will be November 5, 2003.
The debenture bonds denominated in U.S. dollar will also be issued on June 4, 2003 and repaid on June 1, 2005.
The coupon payments will be made on December 3, 2003, June 2, 2004, December 1, 2004 and June 1, 2005.
Treasury conducted two auctions on May 20 to sell 168-day bonds and 413-day debenture bonds.
The Treasury sold 774.3 trillion Turkish liras (TL) 168-day bonds, and the composite interest rate became 47.29 percent.
In the other auction, Treasury sold 3 quadrillion 103 trillion TL 413-day debenture bonds, and the composite interest rate became 53 percent.
The Treasury will repay 10 quadrillion 973 trillion TL in domestic debt in June.
