Number Of Visitors Entering Turkey From Kapikule, Gar And Pazarkule Border Gates Increases

EDIRNE - Number of visitors, who entered Turkey from Kapikule, Gar and Pazarkule border gates in northwestern province of Edirne in the first four months of 2003, has increased.
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Saturday that a total of 449 thousand 459 visitors entered Turkey from Kapikule, Gar and Pazarkule border gates, and 456 thousand 750 people left Turkey from these border gates in the January-April period of the year.
In the same period last year, 397 thousand 444 visitors entered Turkey from Kapikule, Gar and Pazarkule border gates, and 389 thousand 908 people exited from these border gates.
Among the visitors, there were 203 thousand 438 Bulgarian citizens, 26 thousand 287 Yugoslavian citizens and 27 thousand 634 Romanian citizens.
