ISTANBUL - President Ion Iliescu of Romania arrived in Istanbul on Saturday to attend meeting of the Balkans Political Club.
Istanbul Deputy Governor Huseyin Ece, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Representative in Istanbul Fazli Kesmir and other officials welcomed President Iliescu at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport.
