ANTALYA - Hungarian Ambassador in Ankara Zsolt Szacay said on Thursday that tourist flow which was interrupted due to Iraq war would continue increasingly as the war had ended.
Szacay visited Antalya Governor Alaaddin Yuksel in his office and said that he believed that relations between two countries would further improve.
Noting that they held meetings with businessmen in Antalya to develop relations between two countries in agriculture and industry fields, besides tourism field, Szacay said that he would fulfill necessary studies to open an honorary consulate in Antalya to further develop relations.
Yuksel emphasized that Hungarian nation was the most tolerant nation of the world and said, ''the number of Hungarian tourists visiting Antalya is very few. We will make necessary activities to increase this number.''
Yuksel said that there were many countries' honorary consulates in Antalya and added, ''I asked Hungarian ambassador to open an honorary consulate in Antalya. I conveyed him that cooperation between two countries should be developed not only in tourism field but also in agriculture and industry fields.''
