AH- Justice and Development Party (AKP) ministers and deputies gathered for the “Consultation and Evaluation Meeting” in Antalya. Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan stressed on democracy and mentioned the report of the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS) including a comment that “ Turkish army may attempt a military coup” in his inauguration address at the meeting.
Erdogan said that, Turkey sat on a democratic stability ground but democracy was wanted to be shown in a weak situation with the news pumped from both inside and outside the country. Erdogan said, “Nobody should attempt to constitute tension and to turn Turkey from its way. Democracy will process and everybody will digest the democratic culture. Those, who think of alternatives, which not included Turkey’s marching in the direction of unchangeable principles of the Constitution to be a modern state, are committing crime against our children’s future.”
