U.S. Is Waiting 5th Review For The Grant

AH- U.S. Deputy Secretary of Treasury John Taylor said that, U.S. would commence the meetings of the agreement included 1-billion-dollar grant to Turkey immediately after the conclusion of 5th Review works of the IMF committee. Taylor said in his press conference that, they were in contact with Turkish officials about the amount of loan and grand facility to be extended to Turkey.
Taylor said that, he expected that Turkey’s position would be taken up in the developing markets part of the meetings, which would be held in France with the participation of the finance ministers of the G-8. Taylor added that, works about rebuilding of Iraq would create opportunities for Turkey.
