Aycell - Aria Merging And Consolidation Will Be For The Benefit Of Economy

ISTANBUL - Aria General Director Giuseppe Farina said on Wednesday that Aycell-Aria merging and consolidation would be for the benefit of economy.
A statement of Aria said that agreement was reached by partners of mentioned companies for the merging of the two companies and that a pre-agreement was made.
The statement noted that initiatives continued.
Significant operational and financial synergy aimed to be created with the merging of Aria and Aycell, the statement pointed out.
Aria General Director Farina said that this new formation which would cover whole Turkey in the possible shortest time would provide new services and advanced technologies to the clients and all customers.
Farina noted that a significant step had been taken to increase real competition in the sector as a result of the merging of the forces, assets, know-how and international experiences of Aria and Aycell.
Such a merging and consolidation would be for the benefit of economy, Farina added.
