Turkish - Iranian Joint Economic Commission Meeting Protocol Signed

ANKARA - Turkish-Iranian Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting protocol was signed on Friday in the presence of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref.
Environment Minister Kursad Tuzmen and Iranian Minister of Roads and Transport Ahmad Khoram signed the protocol at the ceremony which was held in Ankara Palas.
Tuzmen and Khoram also signed plant health and quarantine agreement.
Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and State Minister Ali Babacan also attended the ceremony.
Later, a reception was held in honor of Iranian delegation.
