FUNDAMENTALISM REPORT FROM MILITARY
Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul continued on Friday his tours to reduce the tension caused in Ankara by the circulars about National View and schools of Fetullah Gulen. Gul, talked to President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and Chief of General Staff Gen. Hilmi Ozkok, who did not participate in the reception hosted for April 23 Sovereignty and Children's day. Gul said Iraq was mainly discussed in the meetings.
Despite the efforts of Gul to reduce tension, it was reported that military flank will bring onto the agenda of National Security Council (NSC) a comprehensive study about fundamentalism.

AK PARTY ALSO REACTS 30 BILLION TURKISH LIRA
Parliamentarians of Justice and Development Party (AK Party) reacted to the salaries of administrators of public banks which reached to 30 billion Turkish lira.
Ersonmez Yarbay said, ''I believe that our Prime Minister, who was careful about the lodgings, will be sensitive toward this issue.''
Bulent Gedikli said, ''30 billion Turkish lira should not be the amount of this working. I don't find this appropriate in today's conditions.''

FIND TURKISH CITIZEN IN THE PHOTOGRAPH
State Minister Ali Babacan, together with his wife wearing headscarf, welcomed Iranian First Vice President Mohammed Reza Aref who arrived in Turkey with his wife. Women and men did not shake hands with each other. Zeynep Babacan hosted women in Iranian delegation in a separate section in Esenboga Airport.

HIGH TENSION ON SUMMIT
April 23 tension seems to reflect to National Security Council (NSC).Military wing is expected to present two comprehensive reports about National View and education and make warning. Soldiers consider National View circular as a legitimacy initiative.

RUSH OF GREEK CYPRIOTS TO TRNC
Greek Cypriots who took advantage of Easter Holiday rushed into Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) yesterday. There was a huge crowd on border gates. When the complaints increased due to long lines, wires were pulled out in the buffer zone in Turkish Cypriot side. More than 10 thousand Greek Cypriots are expected to pass to TRNC in two days. Greek Cypriots, who visited old places where they had lived and the churches, bought fuel oil for their cars as it was cheap.

INTEREST RATE WAS DECREASED THREE POINTS IN THE END
Central Bank drew overnight interest rate to 41 percent by decreasing it three points. Thus, interests in bond market fell to 54 percent and U.S. dollar decreased to 1 million 598 thousand Turkish Liras.

SYSTEM GETS WOUNDED
Military members of National Security Council (NSC) are getting ready to convey to the government the uneasiness they feel. During the meeting which will take place on April 30, military members of the NSC are expected to evaluate the detailed reports which they prepared on fundamentalist activities. Military members will warn that ''system is getting wounded'' and are expected to state that this will not be allowed. An assessment will take place under the light of those evaluations.

365 TERRORISTS IN TURKEY
Intelligence units, which cover terrorists of PKK-KADEK in northern Iraq, determined that 365 terrorists infiltrated Turkey. It was also determined that the terrorists brought together with them weapons, ammunition and explosive devices.

THERE IS MESSAGE TO GOVERNMENT
Constitutional Court Chairman Mustafa Bumin told Justice and Development Party (AK Party), ''You can not do everything as you have majority in the Parliament.'' Bumin warned the government saying, ''don't issue laws with the power of majority which contradict with principles of law. There can not be laws for persons.''

EMIN AGA INJURED
Mufti Mehmet Emin Aga, who was chosen as mufti by Turks living in Xanthi, Greece was attacked in his house on Friday morning.
Huseyin Kuscu (45) who entered the house of Aga around 07.00 a.m. hit Aga in his head and other parts of his body and escaped from the house. Aga, who lives alone in his house which is at the center of Xanthi, was hospitalized by his relatives. The medical condition of Aga who was taken to intensive care unit, is serious. The Greek police searches for the assailant, who is insane.

COPENHAGEN LESSON
Constitutional Court Chairman Mustafa Bumin addressed the ceremony which was held to mark the foundation of Constitutional Court. Bumin gave important messages. Pointing out the Copenhagen criteria, Bumin said all the procedures carried out by organs of the state should be open to legal state principle and jurisdiction. He said, ''individual interest or situation contradicts with principle of legal state''.

700 MILLION U.S. DOLLARS IN TREASURY
The 701 million U.S. dollars loan, which International Monetary Fund (IMF) released during Executive Board meeting on April 18 by approving Fourth Review, was included in the accounts of Treasury. IMF is expected to approve Fifth Review in June, and release 500 million U.S. dollars loan.

10 THOUSAND GREEK CYPRIOTS JOIN LINE
A huge crowd was observed when Greek Cypriots rushed into border gates to pass to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Greek Cypriots, who found many goods cheap in TRNC, went shopping. Greek Cypriot officials threaten their citizens who went shopping with two year imprisonment. Greek Cypriots continue their passage to TRNC intensely, in spite of the warnings of their officials who say 'do not go to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus'. Long lines appeared in Ledra Palace and Beyarmudu border gates due to the starting of Easter Holiday. The number of Greek Cypriots who want to pass to Turkish Cypriot side is expected to increase in the weekend. Greek Cypriots generally visit old placed where they lived and the churches.
