Serbia's Djokovic wins fifth Australian Open

MELBOURNE - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has defeated his British opponent Andy Murray in four sets Sunday to claim his fifth Australian Open.

The Association of Tennis Professionals, or ATP, number one ranked tennis player in the world won 7-6 (5) 6-7 (4) 6-3 6-0.

Both players split the first two sets, both ending in tiebreaks.

Murray then collapsed in the last two sets, even losing the fourth 6-0. 

The Australian Open is the first of the four major Grand Slam tournaments of the year.
