President Gul: Leaders Of Finland And Estonia Confirmed Their Support To Turkey's E.U. Bid

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said on Saturday leaders of Finland and Estonia confirmed once again their support to Turkey's EU accession process.

After paying formal visits to Finland and Estonia, President Gul returned to Turkish capital of Ankara.

Gul told reporters that during his visit to Finland, he and his Finnish counterpart focused on bilateral cooperation and current problems in the world.

In regard to his visit to Estonia, Gul said Estonian authorities and he discussed cooperation, regional and international matters and he delivered a speech at the meeting of Turkish-Estonian Business Council.

"I informed Finnish and Estonian leaders on the reforms that Turkey fulfilled on its EU bid, the country's fight against terrorism and policies on Iraq and Cyprus," he stated.
